Financial tools for dealerships and leasing agents
A cloud-based suite for refinancing, remuneration, fleet allocation and vehicle launch management: business requirements, translated into tested interfaces.

Domain logic before patterns
Dealer financing, remuneration models and fleet allocation follow their own rules, not generic SaaS conventions. Two designers built these interfaces from scratch, across seven development teams, starting from the domain logic rather than a screen. A calculation run, for example, is built from agent cards that summarize payments and can be filtered by status.

Tested with the people who use it
Every interface for refinancing, remuneration and fleet allocation was tested with the dealership agents and fleet operators who use these tools daily. They worked through real calculation runs, not scripted walkthroughs. Each interface started from a brief, such as the task list and notifications screen, and went through iterations like the vehicle search, shown with results, without results and filtered.

One design system across the suite
When engineering migrated to React, another designer and I moved the design system from Sketch to Figma and aligned it with the developers’ React and Storybook setup.
- Tested interfaces for refinancing, remuneration and fleet allocation
- The design system in Figma, with shared components such as the main navigation
- Consulting on the React migration together with the development team
